Service Description
Together we will give thanks for the past year and manifest the best for 2026! 9-9:30 There will be coffee/tea and a light snack. You are welcome to chat with others or take a quiet moment to yourself. Journal prompts and cards will be available to begin the year with inspiration. At 9:30am we come together to tune in and begin our 2 hour practice that will include Yoga, guided meditation, breath work, and relaxation.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited space, cancellations of ongoing programs and retreat style workshops must be cancelled one week prior to the start date. Within one week prior to the start date cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. In regards to missed or cancelled drop-in classes or workshops costing less than $50 the entire program fee will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of our time and commitment to our community.
