This workshop is ideal for men with mobility and flexibility concerns, ongoing pain, those with physical or sedentary jobs and athletes. We will stretch using supports and props and release tension using yoga tune up balls. Teens and adults welcome. $22+HST

6 weeks May 1 to June 12 (no May 22) 9:45-11am Training to increase distance from 1 km to 5km all training is in timed intervals so that no one is left behind and everyone is challenged. a base of jogging for 1km without break is a great starting point for this program. The second half of the program is Yoga for runners in the studio.
