Personal training is all about you! Your will be met where you are and together we will build a plan to accommodate your specific needs and meet your specific goals. My goal is to make the value clear, the process enjoyable and the results effective so that movement is permanent in your life.

PT can include deep core conditioning, fitness, yoga or rehabilitation and often a combination of all.
​
Personal Training is booked in 2 month sessions.
8 x 45 min training $520+HST
