Personal training is all about you! Your will be met where you are and together we will build a plan to accommodate your specific needs and meet your specific goals. My goal is to make the value clear, the process enjoyable and the results effective so that movement is permanent in your life.

PT can include deep core conditioning, fitness, yoga or rehabilitation and often a combination of all.  

Personal Training programs include:

An initial consultation prior to the first session.

An average of 7, 45 minute training sessions.

A review of progress at the end of each session.

$385+HST

Small private group training is available for 2-6 people. Grab your partner or gather your friends for a fun sweat session with some healthy competition and support. 

Group Personal Training programs include:

An initial consultation prior to the first session.

An average of 7, 45 minute training sessions.

A review of progress at the end of each session.

$315+HST per participant
