CORE+Floor Postpartum Rehabilitation

The postpartum CORE+Floor program is designed for new and veteran mom's 6+ weeks postpartum. Babies & Toddlers are welcome to join mom in studio. C+F includes an initial Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy assessment, twice weekly small group deep core conditioning classes, and finishes with a follow up PF physiotherapy assessment to track progress!

CORE+Floor for ALL WOMEN (incl. prenatal)

This CORE+Floor program is designed for women prenatal to post menopause and anywhere in between. Classes focus on training the deep core and pelvic floor to work optimally with the breath. This low impact program is designed to support those new to fitness, or looking to rehabilitate the core. It is welcoming to those struggling with incontinence, pelvic pain, hip and low back pain, diastasis recti and pelvic floor prolapse. C+F includes an initial Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy assessment, small group deep core conditioning classes and finishes with a follow up PF physiotherapy assessment to track progress!

Staying Fit

Hot Mama Postnatal Fitness

Hot Mama is a fitness program for rehabilitated moms who are looking for an effective workout with a great community of fellow moms. Babies and Toddlers are welcome in class.

*We highly recommend the completion of the CORE+Floor program prior to beginning the Hot Mama Program.

Mondays 11am-12pm

Thursdays 10:45-11:45am
