As you can imagine we are here to grow stronger! This class focuses on building lean muscle mass with the use of dumbbells' and body weight.

H.I.I.T the Mat

This 75 minute class offers half H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) and half Yoga. Welcoming to the beginner or the seasoned enthusiast.​​
