This program includes all areas of fitness: Core, cardio and strength training are offered in timed intervals.

As you can imagine we are here to grow stronger! This class focuses on building lean muscle mass with the use of dumbbells' and body weight.

Planking

Strong Core

This program is designed for those looking to improve core strength. This program is ideal for those with a rehabilitated core. (Though modifications are available this class may exacerbate low back pain or core conditions such as diastasis recti or prolapse. Please contact if you have questions.)
