Service Description

Program covered by most physiotherapy health benefit plans Includes initial Physiotherapy assessment ($140 - may vary) group rehabilitative style classes led by Pam Cupak at The Root Studio Perth. ($22/class) Follow up physiotherapy assessment with Andrea Picket Physiotherapy. ($100 - may vary) *Class fees is paid through Andrea Picket Physiotherapy at your initial Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy assessment. Receipts are also provided by AP Physiotherapy to submit for coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited space, cancellations of ongoing programs and retreat style workshops must be cancelled one week prior to the start date. Within one week prior to the start date cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. In regards to missed or cancelled drop-in classes or workshops costing less than $50 the entire program fee will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of our time and commitment to our community.
